1. The percentage of Plagiarism must be below the stipulated limit.

2. Changes in the name of author or university or article content will NOT be entertained after submission of papers unless mistaken by the journal.

3. Full online payment is expected along with research article/s and authors or conference participants must bear all banking charges.

4. Submitted paper cannot be withdrawn at any condition once it is accepted or paid.

5. We are committed to get published the articles in a given duration but in some cases duration may be increased due to unavoidable reasons.

6.If any selected journal fails to publish the article, in this case, the equivalent journal will be suggested else full paid amount will be refunded after deducting the 5% service charges and in 7 working days credit the amount to the customer's bank account.

7.URVI Publication will be only responsible until getting the article published on the journal's website.

8. Most of the Scopus journals only provide URL of published articles at their websites so DOI is NOT assured.

9.We advise all authors to please check the all details of the selected journal at the journal's website, at Scopus.com & Scimagojr.com.

10.Check ALL journal details as per the norms of your university and ministry of education.

11. Indexing of article happens naturally after publication and it's completely discretion to the Scopus/Web of Science neither URVI Publication nor Journal has any role in it.

12.There are a few selected journals/conferences that offer an INDEXING GUARANTEE. However, please note that this guarantee applies only up to the point when the article is successfully indexed in the Scopus database. Once the article is indexed, neither the journal nor Action/Urvi Publication holds any further responsibility regarding its indexing status.
